New Mode! Lots of Game Play fixes!

Lots of new changes to the game based on feedback! Here is a quick overview of all the new features!

-Added more friction to the ground to make it less icy!

-Changed the camera to a static camera that follows the player

-Added Collision to objects that were missing them

-Changed the wind-up controls to 'Space'

-Added an 'Overheat' penalty that prevents the player from spamming the rewind key button

-Added a 'Free play' mode for the player to explore the room more and practice their driving! 

-Added volumetric lighting and changed settings to make things look nicer!
